I hope you had better luck with that grill then I did with mine

Perhaps you could do a nice sausage cassarole in the oven?

The george would work, however, for the best sausages going, you want to cook them slowly over a low heat for about 30 mins, before splitting them down the middle, whacking the heat up, and frying them in the middle till theyre nice and crispy.

Also, buy from your local butcher, theyll be a million times nicer, and cheaper (for the same kind of quality) than your supermarket.

meh, these all go out of date tomorrow so they were reduced to 50p a packet(bought 3 big packets). Either way im gunna make them last for a good week or so and just pretend the 'serve by' date is put on for fun.

I tend to fry nice sausages in a think bottomed frying pan on a very very low heat for about 40 mins - gives them a great texture

grilling tates better in my mind, healthy too mind.

Remeber with sasuages the cheaper ones often have more gristal fat n bread. This isn't healthy, and dosen't taste as nice, enless your hung over and they're fried!

Nice sausages aren't too fatty ( and you dont use much oil when you fry em )
