    Claiming back credit card charges

Last year I persuaded the bank to hand over the money I had been charged in overdraft charges, as part of my ongoing crusade against the financial institutions I am looking to to reclaim some more of the cash. During my formative years I paid out shed loads of late payment charges to my credit card company at least a few hundred quid maybe more. I want to know if anybody else has managed to claw them back, not with bank charges but with credit card late payment charges. I found an article on the BBC saying that the OFT had declared anything over £12 to be excessive, can I use this for backdating purposes?

I got nearly £100 back from natwest, and £5 from mastercard as I had never actually used my credit card and it was in credit, and had been charged twice for not having the funds in my account which was the banks fault
