I thought Series 2 was much better than the first series.

In stead of relying in cliche'd IT jokes about turning it off an on again , they developed the characters a bit.

I agree - the characters and storylines were definitely stronger, and the episode with the "GAY!" musical was an absolute masterpiece from start to finish.

I actually liked the IT jokes, otherwise why call it The IT Crowd? Some of series two was good, it had its moments. The cannibal German was a bit too much and OTT, didn't like the sex crazed boss either. Anyway, I'll be watching it. BTW why does he only do 6 episodes a series? Hardly much is it, plus series 2 was broadcast September last year!!! Thats a heck of a long wait.

I can't think of any UK series that is as long as US shows. 6 to 12 episodes is normal in the UK, as opposed to 12-24 for US shows.

Not sure why this is, but it's like that and thats the way it is.
