    Tv Tuner/ Capture Card

Hey all. I was wondering if anyone had a good idea of a good brand of TV capture/Tuner cards.

I would like a good picture, to convert VHS to DVD (doesnt have to look the best of the best) but i dont want to break my wallet if you know what I mean

For my £60 price range (due to other upgrades i am getting) i was thinking Hauppage's WIN TV USB... but then i spotted some comments on lousy picture etc ect... so any ideas on a good BRAND? I would ask for model names, but i dunno if the store i visit will have so many to choose from... any suggestions are welcome

Heres a tip, Avoid Leadtek TV Capture Products. Ive had my WinFast PVR for almost a year, ive bought 3 diffrent types of aerials, and the picture quality stays the same, constant lines going through the picture. The actual recording quality is very poor, and I have tried recording in all formats, AVI, MPG2 and MPG.

The only reason i use it now is when I need to do something on my comp but I dont want to miss a show on TV.
