OK guys Here is the Refresh Fix and not haft to use the NVfix 2.1.Well works for me any way.I was barking up the wrong tree,I hit my head on the desk, and it came back to me.It is not in Windows display where the setting is;It is in the DXDiag.exe and go to the HELP TAB and at the bottom it say override--Open it an type in a refreshrate you know your monitor will support. And no more NVFIX,s.Hope this information helps some one else as it did me.sorry about answering my own question, buthey who know more may benfit from it .Well hope so anyway.

THis is XP fix ME should have no problems of this nature.
