We need far more info than whats has you've given buddy

System specs are needed, then what do you want the card for? - Gaming i'll assume?

In order of how good the gfx are and their price:

    7600GT - £65 = X1800GTO - £70
    7900GS - £80
    X1950 Pro - £110 = 7950GT - £115

The last 3 in the list above require a huge amount of power and would rule out being able to use with with your current PSU I'd think.

7600GT, 7900GS or a X1950pro or X1900GT are all good bets on low power psu's but as said it might have all the watts in the world but still be a Q-Tech.

Also need system specs as you might already be pushing your psu with what you have now.
