Recommendations for two 22" LCD monitors

I'm looking for two 22" LCD monitors to replace my two Iiyama VisionMaster 454 Pro for use with a XFX Geforce 8800 GTS 640Mb XXX Edition graphics card.

Many main use is gaming - mostly FPS and flight simulators. Also general office and desktop stuff. I'm active shares trader and use Bloomberg Professional which means I have alot of windows open at once.

I want to spend time researching and making sure I make an informed purchase. I have a budget of £300-£350 for each panel.

Does anyone have any suggestions please? I looked at the Iiyama ProLite E2200WS but it got some bad reviews so I was a bit put off.

I hope to hear from you. Many thanks for your help!

£239.99 if you're prepared to wait until the end of the month ... not many places have them in stock anyway so I'm in the queue especially at this price

    Xerox XM22 WMB.

    They're fantastic.

    Glass, too.

Only problem is finding somebody who sells them.

I've got two in a dual display config and love them.

Highly reccomend a viewsonic Vx2235 or 2245 I have one VX2245 in a triple set up with two VX2235's either side

    http://www.viewsonic.com/products/de...ries/vx2235wm/

they do look incredible on or off I love them they attract fingerprint marks though because of the piano black finish. the speakers aren't great but that doesn't matter to me as I have a nice set of speakers

i have the samsung syncmaster 226bw. very nice piece of kit.

only issue is, the viewing angles are crap and it is not height adaptable. also, you cannot tilt it forwards or backwards.

Interesting to see the Samsung 226BW win the Editor's Choice award in this month's issue of Personal Computer World. It scored 5 out of 5 in every category.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to go for it although I'm not that keen on the round base - I prefer the square / rectangle ones. Anyway, my main concern was dead pixels. What is Samsung's policy on dead pixels. In practice was is the likelihood of buying a LCD panel with dead pixels in particular the 226BW.

    Many thanks!
