In what way does it not fit? ie is the card too big for the case or does the card not slot into the motherboard?

umm.. if your board doesnt have a AGP slot then you're pretty much in a very painful stitch..

9800XT wont fit into a PCI slot and there are no 3rd party converters that could turn a PCI to AGP..

and honestly even if you did, you'd be severely limited..

I'd have thought that system would have an AGP slot.. can you take a picture of your motherboard?

If you've got three identical slots, then they're going to be PCI (note not PCI-E either), sorry.

You should be able to get a PCI card with S-video out though. Just don't expect any great performance with it.

:O You need a magnifying glass - it's DNA! (edit - larger image below)

Can't remember the PDB ID anymore, it's just something I use when demonstrating SwissPDBViewer and how to make pretty pictures with POV-ray. I do actually work with protein structures more, but in this case the DNA was pretty

ahh.. well its almost guesswork when I look at your avatar.. its going to be either protein or nucleic acid.. and honestly I wont even be able to see the DHelix.. As from far it might actually be just 2 folded subunits of an anchor enzyme..

Well, I work almost exclusively on proteins and their relevant research..
