    Tv-out

    still having problems using my tv-out on my tv from a rad 9700 card
    how do i choose pal format instead of ntsc
    cant fidn the settings anywhere

    you can change them with the jumpers on the card.....

    not 100% sure for the 9700 but this is the case with the 9800pro

    the tvtool is only for geforce series cards

    have a look for a little jumper box thing.... it is small and has 2 flick switches on it......

    i get a picture up but its all smudge and messy even when i turn off the tv and turn it back on something is wrong

    Try playing a dvd over it......
    Sometimes the quality can depend on the TV...
    It wont be great qual unless your using an AIW
