    LCD monitor suggestions

Im looking for a new lcd monitor for my pc. I would also like to use it for my xbox 360 aswell as watching tv and/or freeview if this is possible? I would also want it to support the 1920x1200 resolution as if im right in thinking it allows use of 1080p res?

My budget is £400 although i would consider going over slightly depending on the suggestions.

Hope you guys can help, thanks.

Dell 2407WFP. Everyone says it's amazing. It is widescreen, but it has all the connections you could ever want and does 1080p. It's not always on at the price you want, but there are some on ebay and I bet you could haggle Dell down to that sort of price.

I would recommend the LG M203WA or 22LS4R. The problem with the Dell is that it does not have a built in TV tuner, meaning that you will need to purchase an additional TV tuner for your tv and/or freeview needs.
Alternatively, you could just get any HDTV.
But yeah, you would not be going wrong with the Dell if you do decide to get it.

Totally agree with this post go with the Dell. Either that or go with any Samsung monitors their usually quality.

There were big problems with the 2005FPW having backlight bleeding but with 2007FPW's that I've seen have all been fine.

Early versions of the 2407 (prior to A02 I believe) had a problem which escapes me at the moment, but the A03 I have here along with the one I have in the office are perfect.
