BFG 8800GTS with this PSU and mobo?

hello, im am wanting to do alittle upgrade to my outdated rig

i was going to get the BFG 8800 GTS OC 320MB for my Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe, as i have a 7600GT at the mo but have Vista so want to enjoy DX10 games.

so First question is will my mobo be able to handle that card? and i only have a AMD 64 +3200 installed at the mo (will upgrade that next month)

and Will this PSU be good enough for the card?

I have same mobo and graphics card... works fine. I would advice moving to a much faster CPU. Maybe pick up an FX or a dual core as even what i have bottlenecks the crap out of the 8800.

That PSU will be more than enough, most people recommend going for Tagen, Silverstone or Seasonic though i believe.

    Would also recommend 2GB ram...
