Dvi-p

Hey guys, ive just got a new sony kdl32D3000 lcd screen. I want to connect my PC to it. Will this cable work?

I dont know what DVI-P is but will my 7800gtx connect with it ok?

If the pic is acurate, it looks more like a DIV-D

so it should connect to my card ok? i thought there was some kind of dvi connecter i wasnt aware off or somthin :P

Should do. I don't know what connector is on the 7800, but i would guess it can handle just about any DVI cable.

It actually looks like "DVI-P" is their name for their supposedly superior cables.

In my opinion, digital is digital and spending £40 on a 1m cable is a waste of money. I'd go for something like this instead:
