Does anyone else have this monitor? I am trying to tilt the stand back...which it does..however as soon as I let go it tilts forward again. Any idea how I can fix the tilt back without it tilting forward again?
Cheers.

If there is a plastic cover panel on the stand try taking it off to get at the nut and bolt of the hunge and give it a tighten.
You might actually need to take the stand off to do this, i have no idea what that screen is actually like. Just guessing :)
Cheers Funkstar..there isn't actually any nut and bolt to tighten..the thing has me stumped! I've had to wedge in a piece of cardboard to stop it tilting forward...isn't new technology ironic?
Any more ideas anyone?
Just tilted mine and it was a bit stiff but it's stayed in place, try going back and forth a few times, loosen it up a bit.
Just had a look on the LG site to see what that monitor looked like.
Handy they have a 3D animation of it :)
You'll need to take the stand apart to get at the hinge, there will be a bolt in there you can tighten. Might be easier to take the stand completely off the monitor. Not really sure how you would take the plastic casing off the stand, but i'm pretty sure you must be able to somehow :)
No problem :)
Remember it will be inside the plastic housing of the stand.
Oh, what are your settings for the monitor by the way Funkstar (or anyone else!) ?
Cheers.
I don't have the LG, all my advise is just speculation based on other monitors i've dealt with
I have the same tilt problem with my l226wtq. I set it to 90degree, but falls back immediately. Roorooroo could you solve the problem? What was the exact solution? Thank you!
