For my new rig im looking to get a relatively good DX10 card, i am however torn between the following: :confused:

ATI HD2900 XT
Nvidia 8800 GTS 320MB

The difference between the 320 and 640 not worth the money.

I have an 8800GTS 320MB, it's a whooping card, and considering it only set me back £190 odd, a bargain too.

What resolution you play at ?

But out of the two cards I would say get the 8800GTS 320mb but you can get the 640mb version cheap nowadays :mrgreen:

I have a 19" TFT with a native res. of 1280x1024.

But the 640's are not as cheap, and when it looks like the difference is only 2 FPS at the higher resolution, whats the piont.
You might as well get the 320!
It would hardly take any tweaking at all to match the 640.
