24" Monitor

Hey,

I'm looking at getting a new monitor, but am torn between which one to purchase.

I'm looking at the Dell 2407WFP-HC and Samsung 245T models, neither of which I can find release dates for over here, but I've been hearing good things about both.
Does anyone have any idea on release dates and how much they're going to cost?
At the moment I'm favouring the Samsung.
