Any new mobile GPU's planned?
Hey guys im looking into getting a gaming notebook next month for uni but im not happy with the current graphics they have.
Nvidia just realeased the 8600M but its tripe. The old 7950 is faster . However what i want to know if there is a faster mobile gpu in the works? Based on the 8800gt(x) or x2900 etc
Because you cant upgrade graphics i want to get as future proof as possible and im my eyes thats something the 7950 isnt capable off.

Yes, shortly after the 8600M, the 8700M was announced. Don't know anything about it's performance, though. It has clock speeds cranked quite a bit up from the 8600M.
