Please help with setting up dual monitors?

I have a ViewSonic VX912 19" monitor and a Dell Ultrasharp 2407WFP 24" monitor. I have got them both running off a 640mb 8800 GTS using Nvidia control panel.

Can anyone reccomend better software to control and alter the res for each monitor? Is there a way to set a font size for each monitor, as what looks okay on the 19" is way to small on the 24".

I would really appreciate any help given.
    System Specs - OCZ Modstream 520W, P5B Deluxe, 4Gb OCZ 6400, E6600@ 3.6Ghz, Audigy sound card, XFX 8800GTS XXX 640mb graphics card.

Give Ultramon a try for the configuration. One of the more interesting things it does is to display a second taskbar on the second screen so that programs only appear on the taskbar of the screen they're being displayed on.

As to font sizes, I don't think it's possible to have a different DPI from screen to screen. All you can do is fiddle with resolutions and DPI settings until you're happy, although with tfts anything that's not native res won't look as good.
If you can't keep up, stick with reality...
