    First off try.... http://www.iespell.com/
Secondly, have you tried reinstalling your gfx drivers.... have you even restarted?
Is the card overclocked...? Have you tried reseting to default speeds?

What happens when you do these things if you have already tried them....?

looks like possibly either a overclocking problem as others have said, or more likely a problem with you refresh rates, i have that problem when i turn of V-sync in CS

    right...

    everything at stock

    latest nvidia drivers

tried reboot, has been happening for few days now, and it seems to be getting worse

also, have never overclocked this system, which makes it all so more weirder

    hmmm......
How hot does your system run...?
Have you Tried opening the case and letting cool air get in easy ?

I'm thinking that Ben's idea of overheating could be the strongest lead....

    what gfx card is it?

i have a gf2 mx in another rig that came without a fan on it, gets way hotter than i'd like it to, i'm sure that caused the lockups before i bodged a fan to it..

My suspicion is that it could be something to do with the ram....
true this may be a stab in the dark... but ain't that generally what causes artifacts...?

Nah... It really looks like one of two things - the drive has gone south or the graphics memory has gone wonky... Don't forget, the TNT2's memory are fairly old (.25 micro or something, can't remember) and in this heat, the chips can be playing games by themselves...

at stock voltage..... these things could take some heat

I burnt myself on my chips many a time, the card still works today!

.... Might just had a tolerable card though

Hold on... Just had a thought - is the graphics only going wonkie in IE or in other applications also?
