    x1950pro to 8800GTS

    how if i upgrade from x1950 pro to 8800 GTS 320 mb? is 8800GTS will be capable to run latest games like crysis, time shift, call of duty 4?

    should be able to play it quite well.. but dont expect it to do anything spectacular at high res though..

    the 8800GTS 320MB can be a pain in the a*** sometimes..

    And also, Nvidia's current drivers arent the best to begin with..

    i'd pick the 640mb model or the ati 2900xt 512mb. It looks like the upcoming games will require lots of memory.

    ATI HD 2900 Pro 512MB and overclock it too XT speeds..

    well, I never had such bad experience with a card as this to begin with (barring those ATI rage days)..

    And having had so many cards in the past, I mean, this is personally the worst experience given how chipset drivers are written and such..

    But don't mind me, plenty of people including Rollo seems to be loving it.. I don't doubt them, just that it haven't really worked for me (I guess you've known what sort of **** I've been through with the current set of drivers from my thread)..
