cheapo graphics card to repalce x800gt?

helloo, kind of similar request to the other one about cheap graphics cards but didn't want to hijack it.

can anyone recommend a nice cheap graphics card? the x800gt that it's replacing seems to have given up the ghost. basically it's for my bro and he will want to play some games but they wil mostly be older ones and so it doesn't need to be great bearing in mind that the x800gt was good enough. it's to go into a wee ideq with a socket 754 sempron something or other so we're not needing anything fantastic. it does need to be physically relatively small of course and preferably quiet and not requiring extra power!

any suggestions?
