Question Please help me choose between BFG or eVGA

I'm going to be getting an 8800GT next week, shall I go BFG or eVGA?

What extra features do you get with each brand?

    Much the sameness really.
I went for EVGA this time and its very nice.

I like Gainward cards ALOT as they always seem to run cooler for some reason....dunno why!

Re: Please help me choose between BFG or eVGA

Both have superior warranties to most. They also have a Step Up program, where you can upgrade for the first year or so and only pay the difference between the two cards (saves you selling it basically)

EVGA looks the best imo so i'd go with that one

I also like gainward and leadtek.

This step-up program, is there a duration limit on it when it runs out?

both have excellent warranty services (from what i've heard), really comes down to whether your interested in the step-up program

Guru3D have a review up of the BFG 8800GT overclocked edition and compare it to an 8800GT at stock speeds.
