Odd graphics problem, possibly due to 22" L226WTQ moniter
Hi,
Just bought a new computer along with a L226WTQ 22" LCD. After reading a previous thread about it I am beginning to think it may be responsible for problems which i have been having during gaming. On both Oblivion and TR: Anniversary whenever something moves across my screen at a certain speed (eg wall textures as i turn) I get really odd ugly blotchly blobs around that texture. It happens most noticeably in darker textures and in more detailed ones. I have tried lots of different things to try and help this including just about all of the options on the nVidia control panel and on the game graphics settings. Swapping cables and from analog to digital doesn't help either. I would post a screenshot of this except all the ones i have taken have come out fine since then the screen is stationary. Does any one know what this problem is called or better yet how to fix it??
All advice appreciated.

Does the blotching go away when you stop moving?
If so, then yes, you're seeing RTC artifacts. There was a post in this section a while back with the same problem that was cured by going into the monitors service menu and changing the default setup.

If you had an ATi card you could also use the LCD overdrive correction to cancel this problem.
