There is already an OC+ extra memory + zalman fan version of the 3850 that looks quite good.

Oooh, if that overclocks to 3870 levels then that's a bit of a bargain! These 3850s aren't far off of being X1900XT levels already, and only £30-40 more than a X1950Pro...

It's be interesting to see if the heatsink holes line up with the x19xx series of ATI cards, if so we could use an Arctic Cooler. :)

Where Crossfire work, 2x 3850 is apparently comparable to one GTX. But the same page also note that where crossfire fail, it's slower than a single card.Quote:
