There is already an OC+ extra memory + zalman fan version of the 3850 that looks quite good.

Oooh, if that overclocks to 3870 levels then that's a bit of a bargain! These 3850s aren't far off of being X1900XT levels already, and only £30-40 more than a X1950Pro...

Techreport also include the OC GT numbers. But if you look at most 3850 reviews, you should be able to find 3850 crossfire and GT/GTX numbers.
