For my next machine, I am decisively going for low noise and bang for buck (I know I'll have compromise between those two objectives). Performance is still on the list, but will have to take the 3rd seat. I am still waiting to see the actual price of the new GTS since it is hard to tell if £200 is even going to be the price it will go for when it is actually available to buy. The main turn off regarding the GT from my view is definitely not the performance, but the stock cooler and short of going for the passive heater, I'll have to go pay for a 3rd party cooler (which, at current GT price, would push the cost towards £200, and even if the solution end up quieter than a GTS, I could lose out in bang for buck).

The GTX simply had to decrease in price it seems. Probably suggest that demands have fallen in favour of more affordable cards.
