    My HD3870 came with one and it was the retail "lite" version. However I would get an adaptor just in case.

    It should come with one check Powercolor's website it should list what comes in the box.

    And the overcocked one does come with the alernative cooling rather than the standard 2 slot cooler but as suggested the cheaper model comes with the standard cooling and Scan have the wrong picture up!
