Viewsonic - TOP Class Service
Just so anyone knows if they buy a Viewsonic monitor, the service is great.
Bought a monitor last week for Scan.
It arrived with 3 bright red pixels in the middle of the screen.
Scan said they may or may not accept the fault. If not, it would cost me £10 to have it rejected under DSR.
Called Viewsonic.
They said they would swap it out for a brand new replacement.
Replacement arrived yesterday and i handed over the old one to the courier.
Well done Viewsonic for Cross-SHipping. Its very rare these days and you now have my business for good.

Yup - I too have had a fault with My 2030 VP and VS exchanged it and arranged everything.

Does Viewsonic do a swap-out warranty? I was interested in a Viewsonic monitor but the retailer's site said Return to Base; that's too expensive, so I went for one that was on-site.

I've had immense trouble even getting a response from repairtech, Viewsonic's repair and spares agents. I'm after a second monitor PSU but emails do not get acknowledged or phone calls returned.

If you get hassles then try this number: 0207 9212200. This is the UK Warranty department. They only advertise the European one (which werent alot of good).
As soon as the UK mob took over i had a replacement delivered to my house and the old taken away Free Of Charge within 3 days.

They were the ones who directed me to contact Repairtech in the first place :)

Maybe i got lucky with who i spoke to then but i couldnt fault their service.
