overclocking speeds of a GeForce FX 5600

just wondering how much you can overclock a GeForce FX 5600 without extra cooling and without wrecking the card.

assuming you are able to touch the back of the gpu - untill you burn your finger
if you want to get better, yet still cheap cooling, get a 1u coper cpu heatsink (~£5...), drill some holes, and stick a 60mm fan on it (~£2..), and you should be able to overclock it as far as it can go, without volt mods
