Samsung 206bw

Hi there, just ordered my new computer
have been wondering what monitor to get and after reading about the acer 24" i have decided to look into a samsung 206bw.
The reason for this thread is for what do you all think the monitor is like??

Spec is below:

asus 8800gt 512mb
ocz StealthXStream psu
samsung 400gb hdd (hd401j)
ocz 4gb (2x2048mb) reaper HPC edition
Asus M2N-SLI Deluxe
AM2 Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 6000+ (unlikely i will overclock but will wait untill all sorted)

Will be looking at a price range of around 190 maximum including vat for a monitor of 20"+
Thanks for taking your time to read this and would like to receive constructive criticism,
Lee

They are very nice monitors. If you do a search here you'll find lots of info and links to other sites that give more info on setting it up, tweaks including colour profiles etc.

Yup agreed. If I'd had enough money I'd have gone for one of those.

It doesnt have speakers, you are talking quality here! I've listened to some monitors that have speakers attached and they ARE really tinny

Re: Samsung 206bw

Spending <£5 on a set of cheap in ear headphones is going to be better than anything coming out of a monitor speaker. I'm always of the opinion that a monitor is for looking at not listening to

Re: Samsung 206bw

I'm using an S-Panel 226bw, and i love it. Best LCD monitor I've ever used. I would assume the 20" version would be of equal quality.
