Ati Radeon 9600Pro

I am a fairly regular visitor to PcPitstop and run frequent performance scans to see how my system is running.
The results are displayed by chequered flags, bl/white ok. yellow minor prob.
red critical.

Tonight after doing a system check I had a red flag for video performance,
a message read, unusual slow video performance,
performance 4.06 Mp/s (3% of 60 similar)

I have reinstalled the video Cd but problem still remains.

I would appreciate any help, to rectify this.
Finaly as anyone else run this system test program, is it of any value ?.

Tried the latest drivers mate? get them here for XP

and here for Win2k

Don't bother with the all in one driver bundle - get the control panel, and the display driver.

You need to install the display driver first, and then the control panel or else it won't work properly, and be sure to remove all traces of previous driver installs.

one of the recent ati drivers is supposed to be really dodgy me thinks its v3.7 or v3.9 i'm not sure u should visit ati's site and look at an faq or sumfing
