    Best ATi Catalyst Drivers

What are the best Catalyst drivers for the Radeons? Just that I heard that some are good, whereas some others have some issues e.g. comptability.

    Thanks

I had a look at the website, but 4.1 need Service Pack 4 for Windows 2000, but I really can't be bothered to install it! Anyone else have any suggestions, but they need to be comptible with Win2000 SP3. Sorry for being picky!

Definately the best. Solved all of my problems, getting really good overclock and having no problems at all now.

Has anyone ever had any problems with Omega drivers and Radeon 9600s?

depends what you want them for... I use 2 or 3 different sets of drivers. Cat3.2 are the fastest for me in 3DMark2001SE, Cat3.10 seem to be the fastest I've tried in DirectX9 benchmarks (AM3 & 3DMark03), and then I tend to use the latest drivers for my 24/7 install. Although I can't be bothered updating windows to SP4 at the moment, it runs fine with SP2 and Cat 3.10 aren't bad. I've played with Omega drivers and didn't really like them all that much.

edit: Mike, I used omega's with my r9600pro and they were fine, no probs at all, I decided to try the cat 3.9 and liked them, so I've used catalyst since then.

nah I have 3 different partitions... 1 with cat 3.2 DX8.1, 1 with DX9.0b Cat 3.10... both with all necessary stuff removed, and then my 24/7 install. Formatting takes me 20 minutes due to ghost partitions, and making new ghost partitions is a pain in the butt.
