Well the graphics cards are almost certainly made in the same factory as most of the nvidia cards are. EVGA has the better warranty and support in this country imo.
EVGA use nvidia chipsets and Asus use both nvidia and intel so it depends what you want.
I have an EVGA board and a few ASUS boards none of which are giving me any problems.

Either is fine really. But I would wait to see reviews on each particular model.
