Difference in Graphics Cards Brands????

I am sorely tempted to buy the following:

Point Of View 8800GT EXO Overclocked Edition 512MB GDDR3 Dual DVI TV Out PCI-E

HOWEVER, I am a brand freak in general, and am more drawn to a higher priced BFG card, purely as I have the perception that BFG are a better brand...

Is this the case?

Is there any differences in the brands of graphics cards?

Pretty much all built in the same factory, it's just bundles and support which differs.

So you would not be picky as to which brand to buy?

the only difference is the design on the cooler or the type of cooler on the card, and the other added stuff that you get with the card..

the actual workings of the card is exactly the same.

If it's the right price just go for it. It makes little difference.

Your first year warranty is with the supplier anyway and this is the most obvious time for a card to fail.

I mean if the difference is £5 and 10 years worth of warranty or lifetime in the case of BFG i would pay that but not too much more.

I'd rather get an 8800GT with a cooler other than the stock one but I am fussy with noise and heat to a certain extent.
