Monitor Recommendations

Hi everyone im looking to buy a new monitor soon and was torn between the:

Acer AL2216WSD - Computer hardware and software at amazing prices, available online from Scan Computers UK
&
Dell 2009WFP - Dell : DELL Dell UltraSharp 2009WFP Black Monitor : Displays : DELL HOME AND HOME OFFICE

The acer appeals because of the price and the dell appeals because of all the features and the fact that its height adjustable!

Which would you lot go for? Or can you reccommend a better monitor I haven't yet seen?

The only stipulations are that I want my monitor to have a resolution of 1680x1050, HDCP compliant, between 20"-22" and not cost more than £180
