Doesn't the HD4870 pretty much own it in most games though.. and it's still nearly £40 more.
The 280GTX at £300 much be gut wrenching for those first day buyers though :p (Thats at OcUK)
GRAW and GRAW2 are so hard lol.. I only had time to play them for about an hour at a time each day and it took me ages :(
get the gx2 from overclockers for £17 more.
I think I will \'just\' go with a 4850 for now, then sell it off when the 4870 X2 arrives... that thing is going to be superb, 2GB of memory, yeehaa :surprised:
+1 the 9800gx2 will be very good value at £240, it is also better than the gtx280 in most games. Only issue is heat over two 8800gts in sli.Quote:
