Most vendors seem to have the 'Lite' version.

They're all identical at the moment so have a look at the warranty and support. Sapphire support have been fine with me (not that I've had to use it for technical support, but they were prompt at replying to a query I think). I also quite like their minimal packaging as it's easier to fit in the cupboard :p
However if I was going for one now I'd be tempted to go for the powercolour one as that seems to come with powerDVD which is missing from Sapphire and I could do with another copy.
