Just building a computer atm and will need two DVI outputs, and would be nice if it was passive cooled :)
As cheap as possible please :P No 3D gaming, just 2D output - at fairly high resolutions (1920x1200)

Not sure what you mean with cheap, but the passively cooled 9600GT cards from Asus and Gigabyte can usually be picked up from around £96 and that's probably the best passively cooled cards around right now....
I'd agree with staffsMike with the 8600GT depending on what your budget is.
