Just get one as long as you need... all DVI cables are identical in picture quality

Wink Re: Is this a good TFT?

I think he was asking what type (of connection) - i.e. DVI-D/DVI-I?

As indicated in this review, it has a DVI-D connection

So, you ask... is there no digital connection?
Yes there is a DVI-D port as well, but for reasons only known to Hanns.G, no relevant cable is supplied

Re: Is this a good TFT?

Both will work AFAIK... DVI-I just has extra pins for analog connections which you won't be using

The other "type" is a dual link cable which is only needed for 2560x1600 and above

Ebuyer has the Hannspree XMS New York 19" monitor for £100 and you can get both DVI and HDMI versions for the same price!! It has got decent reviews too!!

    The HW191DP is reviewed here:

The XMS New York seems a better monitor according to the reviews!!

It depends whether you are going for looks or image quality. If you up your budget you could achieve both!!

The HW191DP should be decent enough for general use though. At work we have the non-DVI version and it seems fine so far.

Once you try DVI you don't want to go back to VGA.
