New Card Help
Hi,
Looking to build a new system but I haven't really kept up the latest graphics cards etc so basically I was just wondering if anyone could advise me on choosing a new card. I have about £130 ish to spend and I was hoping to play Crysis on reasonably high settings (Rest of the system will be An Asus p5n-E Sli, 2GB corsair Ram, Q6600 etc). Any help would be much appreciated.

Re: New Card Help
I would guess you should be looking at ATi 4850's and nVidea 9800 GTX+ both good cards personally I would go with the ATi but both cards are great and the best that £130 will get you.

Re: New Card Help
4850 is slightly cheaper, but the 9800GTX+ will allow SLI at a later date on your mobo. Both good cards for the price.

Re: New Card Help
Thanks guys, I think i'll probably go for the 9800GTX+, just because i'd like the option to SLI in the future, and because of that im looking for a decent PSU that would handle them (with enough connectors being the important thing) They need two each right?

Re: New Card Help
Yeah the 9800 needs two connectors. Bear in mind that when you feel the need for SLi, new cards would probably have come out that offer new features at a better price. SLi or Crossfire shouldn't really be a major consideration.
