does it need to be LCD? If its LCD you are going to need an 8 bit or 10 bit panel for pro photoshop work and that will cost

Its really hard to define best monitor but i have had the samsung 913n x3 for along time and they have done be extremly well great for gaming but a 19 is abit too small for my movie liking
