Not heard of anything yet. You might be able to use some sort of Drive bay water cooling on them though.
I believe that the previous 3870x2 had no after-market cooler except for water-based solutions.....Seen a lot of speculation that the same will happen for the 4870x2.
....but there were/are now models of 3870X2 with a different cooler, e.g. the Powercolor SE models......one even has faster GDDR4 RAM :)
I would think, with the 4870X2 being the top of the pile, that is won't be too long before some enterprising solutions arrive - either SE model cards or aftermarket coolers
