So from what I just saw, it's the same chip as the 4850, but will have fewer streams (pipelinecounts)

Look like they may be bin'ing failed chips same as nvidia did with the 6800's which gave us the 6800LE, I wonder if it'll be unlockable like the 6800LE's were?
