I'd say any of those cards would run those games/resolution with ease.
Corsair Air 540, Asus Prime X570-Pro, Win 10 Pro, AMD R9 3900X, Corsair HX 750, EVGA 1080 Ti, 2x Corsair 2TB MP600, 2x 2TB WD20EZRX, 4x8GB Corsair Dominator, custom watercooled (single loop, 2 rads)
Corsair 550D, Asus X470-Prime Pro, Win 10 Pro, AMD R7 2700, Corsair RM750i, Asus GTX780 Poseidon, 2x Sammy 500GB 970 EVO, 2x 2TB Seagate Barracuda, 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance, custom watercooled (single loop, 2 rads)
Synology DS918+ w/ 2xWDC Green 3TB + 2x Seagate Barracuda 6TB, N2200 w/ 2xSammy 1.5TB

I would go for the 4670, uses less power than the other two and is more than powerful enough for your needs.
Sorry, couldn't help but notice your links to Ocuk - speaking as a new member here, is this allowed?
This forum would be great if it is allowed. It would show that it is unbiased where we can review/promote items/suppliers on merit.
u wont find anyone promoting OCUK on here tho, plenty of bad stories though
Spend £40 more and get a 4850 is my advice.
4670 is slightly better than 3850 and cheap 256m 8800gt is no even an option, so 4670 then
Umm it's only slightly better than the 3850 256mb and slightly behind the 3850 512mb version
I'd really not consider one of these at 1680x1080, 17-19" fine but not higher. And I'd not bother with a 256mb 8800GT ether for the same reason.
I really must say I'm not impressed with the 4670, as a gaming card.
Look around for a cheap 8800gt 512mb, 3870 512mb, 3850 512mb, 9600gt 512mb (also check the costs on 9800gt 512mb)
With the new series out, the last series high end cards will be better than this lowend new card and as everyone seems to be jumping on this new series you should be able to pickup the older series cards on sale
It is a little pricey at the moment though, it really should be ~£50 delivered instead of the £65-70 it is now.
Another card to consider is Novatech's 9600GT 512mb which is £67 (delivered I believe) here.
I'm selling a boxed 8800GS for £52 http://forums.hexus.net/classifieds-...her-stuff.html
Not very old at all, bought in August & can prob find receipt.
I'd get an 8800 GT out of those options.
