    Re: Decent 22" TFT

Ok, quick check on CCL shows these monitors

    Viewsonic VA2216W 22 inch WSXGA+
    LG W2242S-PF 22 inch
    Asus VW223D 22 inch
    Iiyama ProLite E2207WSV
    AG Neovo 22" WSXGA
    Iiyama E2202WSV 22"
    LG L226WTQ-PF 22
    Viewsonic VA2226W 22
    Asus VK222S 22

Any recomendations ? - the all seem to be TN based pannels, is this really bad ?

    Re: Decent 22" TFT

If you fancy it then the are 1920*1080 22" monitors available for example this Viewsonic http://www.scan.co.uk/Product.aspx?WebProductId=905173 which is a bit more than your £150 budget or this BenQ E2200HD http://www.morecomputers.com/extra.asp?pn=9H.Y3VLN.IBE which is in budget (not currently in stock atm but plenty of other options shown by Google products) the is also the M2200HD (same monitor but has a webcam) the is also a Dell option but it costs a bit more.

This is very nice, looks great, bright and sharp and awesome value, AND I've just got one fora mate and used it, so I know it's good from first hand / eye experience.

It doesnt come with DVI cable, just the VGA but it auto adjusted beautifully and I tried it with a DVI cable to compare and there's no need for one tbh.

    Re: Decent 22" TFT

A little over your budget but the Samsung Cream (Scan code LN25068) is a good monitor, I'm certainly very happy with my 20" Aqua (previouos release). You should consider 20" as well as it is the same resolution as 22" and smaller screen so IMO a sharper image.

Iiyama ProLite FTW! I love them
Plus the AG Neovo's are ok, just seem to lack the crispness of image the iiyama.

    Re: Decent 22" TFT

Not many about, Most are cheap tat TN panels, as allready stated theres a few 1920 x 1200 PVA panels about but they will be out of your budget.
