    Exclamation Crossfire 4850

    Hello all,

Can any1 help. i currently have a Gigabyte GA-P35-S3G motherboard with Sapphire 4850 graphics card. I just bought another 4850 to crossfire..

    1. is it worth buying a better motherboard to run this?
    2. will there be a noticable difference to make this whole process worthwile?

    Thanks

    Umm well if you've already bought the 2nd card . . .

sorry but it just seems to be a bit late to ask.
We'd have to know a little more, main things are:
    what screen size you're useing?
    what psu you have?

If this is your motherboard, then it only has one PCIEx16 slot, so you wont be able to Crossfire anyway

    Re: Crossfire 4850

go for P45 - P35's second PCIe slot is pretty badly bottlenecked and only 1 person out of the 4/5 i have asked recommended Crossfire.
