    Gtx260 216

    Hey im thinking of getting a 260 216 and i was wondering what are the major differences between the manufacturers i know some have slight differences in clock speeds but is that it or is there more to it than that?

    Warranty is normally different aswell. Generally some makes are more trusted than others, like EVGA over PoV or w/e, but it's whether you want to may that bit extra or not.

    evga also has its step-up program which is handy if you upgrade alot.

    evga step up program is where you send back your card and then pay the price difference between your card and the one you are upgrading right?

    Yeah. If you don't upgrade cards often then its not particularly useful.
    Basically the 3 top manufacturers IMO are -
    XFX, evga and BFG

    You pay the difference from your invoice price

    Pity there aren't many cards in the UK (216 core editions)

    BFG and EVGA are the top two, can't vouch for XFX because they fail to impress alot of the time (dealings with warranty, customer service, faulty cards). They also don't offer those long warranties like BFG and EVGA so it's probably why they are cheaper.
