Replace Nvidia Geforce 8600GT with which ATI card

I want to replace my Nvidia Geforce 8600GT with a ATI PCIe graphics card but which one? I don't play games but do do photoshop work and video editing. My one definite requirement is that the card must be passively cooled. Budget is £60 max

    Any suggestions??
