return a 9800 pro aiw to komplett ?

anyone know what komplett are like for returning stuff
my all in wonder packed in today currently useing a friends old gfx card to tide me over how long do they take etc ?

RMA takes up2 10 working days

last time I returned something it only took 6 days in total and then a replacement was sent. Sorry to hear about your 9800AIW

yeh its a bit of a downer this old geforce mx doesnt look as nice on the desktop and webpages as my ati never really thought it would make a difference , and lets not talk about the performance

Not being funny - but lets say they sell thousands of those cards, this means that they wont want to strip out the cables and stuff for you to send you back a bare card. Make their life easier, send them the lot.
