Crossfire should I
Well rig in my system. Gaming at 1680x1050 which is not likely to change for a couple of months. I could shove another 4580 in this rig now then a phenom II chip later on after the price is down a little more. Should be a dam fine rig for a while? Also just got an extra 200mhz out of this black edition chip which I'm sure has more. I'm really please with this 790x motherboard.

Re: Crossfire should I
For your current resolution I would stick with a single 4850 crossfire is not going to offer you that much more unless you are strugling in certain games already?
I would wait and see what the next generation of ATI cards have to offer the next midrange card promises to beat out the 4830 and possibly the 4850 for ~£80 so might be prudent to wait for that to arrive and crossfire a couple of those sell your 4850 and you probably wont have spent more than £100 (probably less than that, 4850's still go for £90+ on eBay at the moment) and will have a better system ;) They are expected to arrive on the shelves Q1 2009 so probably February time.

Save the cash and wait then, No games struggling as yet so no real reason to upgrade than the fact I'm a geek lol. Thanks.
