Near enough anything over £60 will do the job.
Certainly something like a 4850 will run it perfectly, however it's almost overkill, when you could get something that would use less wattage, produce less heat in your machine and make less noise.
Perhaps a 4670 then?
Check out these COD4 benchies.

I would say a 9600gt 512MB GDDR3 for around £70 to £75 or a 9600GSO 384mb GDDR3 for around £65. There is a newer 9600GSO 512mb variant but it is uncertain whether it is slower than the 384mb version. The newer 9600GSO has 48 stream processors on a 256bit memory bus whereas the older version has 96 stream processors on a 192 bit memory bus. There is also a 768mb GDDR3 version of the older 9600GSO which is comparable in performance to a 9600GT.
Here are some reviews of graphics card performance with COD5:

Yer, its for the second system 2 in my sig - my bro wants to play it, and it wont run. I think that the GPU is an X1300 or an X1500.
my 9600GT runs it at 50fps+ at 1650 so anything will do

4670 or 9600gt best bet.
9800gt next £88 http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/s...html?NOV-98GT5
4850 512mb after that, but it'll be a bit overkill
or a 2nd hand 8800gt 512mb if you can find one cheap
EDIT: or even an old 3850 512mb or 3870

Yeah generally agree with the above, a 9600gt/3850/3870/8800gt/9800gt, etc should do you fine If you look around you can find them quite cheap second hand.

OK, thanks all. A format got it going :O and it actually runs quite well on a X1300 pro, suppose its a small screen. So no need anymore, but thanks agains
Thanks to all but me? I still think my advice is sound, although please say if you disagree LOL!
